For all engagements that are 4 or more hours, there is 50% deposit required.

Advance notice is strongly recommended, given my limited availability and select number of clientele. On occasion I am able to meet you on a short notice.

• Number which you prefer I contact you
• Date and time of desired engagement
• Location of desired engagements
• Hotel at which you will be staying
• Duration of desired engagement
• How did you find me?
• Tell me about yourself
